Why Wellness? Appriss firmly believes in creating a work environment that allows our top talent to operate at their best. This work environment extends beyond our new workspace, and even beyond our policies and procedures. It has to be core to what we do and our values. Providing great health and wellness benefits is another element of our commitment to top talent. Our new wellness program and vendor are further enhancements, based on your feedback. 95.5% state improving your health and reducing risk factors as a top priority 87.3% believe Appriss has a responsibility to promote health at work Our benefits and wellness strategy fully aligns with our mission and ICARE values.

Current State vs. Future State Our current wellness model is almost entirely built around tobacco usage.   We spend well over $1 million dollars paying non-smokers... to not smoke.
