9. 9 Parkway Employee Wellness Program Employee Health Screening/Assessment (2009-10) Goal = 20%+ of school staff participation in the UHC health screening. Goal = 20%+ of school staff complete the UHC on-line health assessment. School-based Staff Wellness Programs (2010-11) $30,000 wellness monies provided by UHC for Parkway staff wellness. 1 st year school grant - Schools must have participated in health screenings and assessments, plus generated a wellness plan. School-based Staff Wellness Programs (2011-12) $30,000 wellness monies provided by UHC for Parkway staff wellness. 2 nd year school grant – School must have completed end-of-year evaluation.
