ISSUES FOR CONSIDERATION A) Enhancement of food grain transportation charges for the hilly areas from Rs 75/- to Rs 93/- and Rs 75/- to Rs 83/- for other areas may be considered B) At present the GOI is adjusting the cost of rice to FCI directly. The same procedure may be continued.
