Improving Physical Fitness Objectives: Discuss the Benefits of a Healthy Lifestyle and Aerobic Activity

Objectives- Day 6 SOLs: 9.1, 9.1b, 9.1d: 9.2, 9.2a, 9.1c 9.4, 9.4a, 9.4b Students will get into groups and be able to write down the F.I.T.T. formula for their component of fitness. If you were working out, what would have to do to develop that component? Students will complete a monthly fitness plan

Bell Ringer #6- What Is Going On?? Write a half page red to red about what you think is going on with this woman in these two pictures. Save all bell ringers to be turned in with your test. Worth 10 pts.

1st- Get into 4 groups Muscular Cardiorespiratory Strength Endurance Everyone in the group must write down the F.I.T.T. formula for your component of fitness. If you were working out, what would have to do to develop that component? Body Composition Flexibility
