Class Work My expectation is that work be completed during class time. This enables me to best assess your child’s performance. In the event that work is not completed in class, it will be sent home for completion. Incomplete homework will be done during recess.

Homework Binder, Planner & Reading Logs Students should be reading AT LEAST 20 minutes a night. This will increase to 30 after January. When math homework is assigned, it will be in paper form or as an online video and/or activity to prepare for the next day. Students will access it on our class website. D6 Review will be EVERY Thursday night. All other subjects and/or projects may be assigned on an as needed basis. If so, they will be written in your child’s planner.

Instructional Tutors -We use tutors to meet the needs of our students.  These fluid and flexible groups are used on an as needed basis that are designed for more individualized instruction in math and reading. -We work to enrich, extend and differentiate in the classroom so that all children are challenged according to their needs.
