Our conference time is the Music/PE time. This time is used for any necessary meetings and errands for lesson preparation. Therefore, I am often in and out of the room during this time. 13. Tuesday Folder Teachers keep a clipboard of marks in areas needing improvement throughout the week. These areas are reported to parents on the Tuesday folder sheets.
