PREHISTORY

PREHISTORY It was the longest period in human history. It spanned from the first appearance of human beings to the invention of writing (3500 BC)

Prehistory is divided into three periods Palaeolithic Age Neolithic Age The Age of Metals

Palaeolithic Age

Palaeolithic Age The first humans beings lived on hunting (mamonths, bears, deer), fishing and gathering wild fruit.

Paleolithic Age They were nomadic. They didn´t live in a fixed place. They lived in caves or in wood huts.

Paleolithic Age They made tools and objects of stone

Paleolithic Age Fire was the most important discovery

Neolithic Age

Neolithic Age People lived in houses grouped in villages and they became sedentary
