TEC Module Production Dashboard

Weekly Production Rates Production has ramped up to an average of 80 modules a week (assembly and bonding) compared to a theoretical possible maximum of 200.

Status TEC Production July 13 Total number of detector grade TEC modules available is 1368. In production (assembled but not yet finished) 153 modules Total need including spares is 6781 Percentage TEC modules available is 20.17 % Congratulation we have produced 1/5 of the TEC modules

Outlook July/August A large number of hybrids (~635) will become available soon (end of July). Delivery has already started: 218 in shipping to gantries (Lyon, UCSB) and FNAL - about 5 weeks after delivery to CERN! Be prepared to assemble and bond these hybrids during the holiday period. A further 336 hybrids are in production at CERN.
