The most important 15 words in my job description To insure that WEV possesses sufficient human and financial resources to carry out its mission.

Start with low-hanging fruit.

Finding and Keeping Donors* *Invest in a donor database so you don’t lose them.

More personal asks = Bigger gifts.

Part 3: Fundraising Commitment & Goals: Board Members It is imperative that each board member give an annual cash gift that is significant for them in addition to facilitating gifts from others to assist WEV in meeting its fiscal goals. The combined goal for personal contributions and gift solicitation is $7,000 or greater. 1. Personal Contribution: I will personally give $_______ to support WEV’s work in 2015.
