What is AIDs? AIDS (Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome) is a group of diseases that break down your immune system and causes you to die. HIV is the virus that causes AIDS. *you may have the HIV virus without having and visible signs or symptoms **you may not get full blown AIDS for up to years after you were infected! We have no cure for HIV/AIDs. You can be kept alive with many different “cocktail drugs” and new experimental drugs but quite often they are expensive! As you live you are very susceptible to a lot of diseases that could take your life at any time! Experiential Learning Technology
