T French Science Y6 Production Music History Design & Technology La Sport Children will find out about different sports and talk about them using basic French. Let It Shine Children will look at the concept of light travelling in straight lines in order to understand how we see things. They will be looking at how shadows are formed, light is reflected and how colours and rainbows are created. Y6 Production Music History Design & Technology Wind in the Willows Children will be singing and performing in our production of Wind in the Willows. Electrifying! Children will learn how to create circuits and use symbols for the components of circuits. They will apply their learning by creating an electronic game. Guitars Children, throughout the year, will continue to develop their guitar skills including reading music and composing new material. World War 2 Children will learn about World War Two at home and across Europe. Food Technology Children will design and make their own three course meal based on WW2 rationing. Y6 SATS End of Key Stage Tests Children will be preparing for the Key Stage 2 SATS in May. Computing We Are App Developers Children will continue to develop their own apps. Career Link Visitor Geography Chef Children will meet a chef and talk about preparing a three course meal on a budget. What do I know about South Africa ? Children will draw upon the work they did in the Autumn Term on Nelson Mandala to study and learn more about South Africa. Religious Education T TOPIC Islam - Revelation Children will be learning more about the religion Islam.
