Americas Q-Pool Must be a Q1 or Q2 qualifier in order to participate Shares in the Q-Pool are earned/triggered based on 1,000 GSV increments A single account (irrespective of title) may only contribute a maximum of 1,000 PSV toward an upline Q1 or Q2 account’s eligible GSV total A Q1 or Q2 account must have a minimum of 4,000 qualified GSV (or 4 shares) in order to participate The Q-Pool shares are paid directly to the qualified participant Fast track LOIs are not eligible for payment in the Q-Pool There will be a six month moratorium on returning qualifiers to participate in the Q-Pool (linked to title). Gracing QEXECs can participate in future months of this pool

Leadership Bonus Pool Must be paid as Executive to Blue Diamond with at least 3,000 GSV in order to participate An executive must have a minimum of 5 shares in order to participate Shares in the Leadership Bonus Pool are earned as follows: Passing Q1 or Q2 in circle group 3,000 GSV 1st Generation New Executive during their 1st, 2nd, or 3rd month Shares are paid directly to the qualified participant Shares are doubled in the event that 10 shares OR 10,000 GSV is achieved (Minimum of 5 shares) Fast Track LOI’s will not trigger shares New executives (Months 1 or 2) who grace will be eligible in future months if 3000 GSV is achieved

Top achiever bonus Bonus is calculated as a match of the total sum of Leadership Bonus Pool commissions during a 3 month period. i.e. Jan LBP $2,000; Feb LBP: $4,000; Mar LBP: $3,000= Top Achievers Bonus of $9,000 Top Achiever Bonus is awarded to the top 5 individuals who earn the most shares in the Leadership Bonus Pool during a quarter Payment will be made separate from the monthly commission check as a one time bonus Bonus will be paid up to a max of $15,000 per account per quarter All qualified shares will be reviewed prior to payment of the quarterly top share bonus. Nu Skin reserves the right to remove any disqualified shares
