1. To receive a Monthly Team Builder Bonus a Social Marketer must qualify no less than one Builder rank below the highest achieved Builder rank. For example, if a Director One is the highest achieved rank, a Social Marketer must qualify as Senior Team Leader or higher to be eligible for a Monthly Team Builder Bonus.
Additionally, at least 49% of the total Organization Points (OP) required for a rank must come from the enrollment structure. If a Social Marketer has less than 49% of the required OP within the enrollment structure, the bonus will be factored by the percentage. For example, as a Senior Team Leader you need 6,000 OP. If 40% of the required OP was coming from the enrollment structure (2,400), the Monthly Team Builder Bonus will be factored by the same percent. In this case the Senior Team Leader would earn an $80 Monthly Team Builder Bonus ($200 x 40% = $80).
*Monthly Team Builder Bonus are payable to US and Canada Social Marketers only.
**Elite 1, Elite 2 & Elite 3 Social Marketers will earn either the Leadership Development Bonus or the Monthly Team Bonus, whichever is greatest.
Team Builder Bonuses are paid monthly.

2. The Fast Track bonus is designed to reward new Social Marketers who are ready to hit the ground running! By achieving specific promoter or builder titles within the first three months a Social Marketer can multiply their Monthly Team Builder Bonus and Monthly Promoter Bonus.
The Fast Track Bonus for promoter titles and builder titles work independently, allowing a Social Marketer to earn the Fast Track bonuses based on their strengths, rather that is promoting product, building teams, or doing both!
Qualifying as Gold, Director 1 in Month 1, Month 2, and Month 3, a Social Marketer can earn a total of $ through Monthly Bonuses and Fast Track in addition to the other commissions paid through the Modere Career Path
Social Marketers who achieve titles higher than Team Leader or Bronze in Month 1, are eligible for the corresponding month’s Fast Track Commission. For example, if a Social Marketer achieved Director 1 in Month 1, the Social Marketer would earn a total bonus of $1500 for Month 1. The Social Marketer would also be eligible for the Month 2 bonus by qualifying as Senior Team Leader or higher. If a Social Marketer achieved Silver in Month 1, the Social Marketer would earn a total bonus of $200 for Month 1, and would also be eligible to earn the bonus a second time by qualifying as Silver or higher in Month 2.
Month 1 is based on a Social Marketers enrollment date. For Social Marketers who join between the 1st and 14th of the month, that calendar month is considered Month 1. For Social Marketers who join between the 15th and the last day of the month, the following calendar month is considered Month 1.
*To be eligible for Fast Track commissions a Social Marketer must achieve a total of 480 Activity Points (AP) in the calendar month they join. Social Marketers who do not meet this requirement will not be eligible for Fast Track commissions. Please note that Activity Points do not apply to rolling qualification.
If a Social Marketer does not achieve the Month 1 Builder or Promoter title, they are still eligible to qualify for the Month 2 and Month 3 Fast Track Bonuses so long as the 480 AP and title requirements are met.
