Criteria: You need your R800 Personal sales Form your Representatives you have appointed, note you need 4 Active Representatives, with each one placing an order of at least R1000 in order for you to reach your R4000 Group Sales. Explain an Active Representative What is an Active Representative? A Representative who has placed an order that has been invoiced; the sales amount must be bigger than the amount of any returns 1st Generation Active Representatives

By doubling the criteria to 8 Active Representatives and R8000 Group sales you can move up to the Advanced Coordinator Level Explain Group Sales Remember your Group Sales will include your Personal Sales. However when we pay you your commission it will only be on your first 3 Generations. What is Group Sales… Total Award Sales of all Representatives in 3 Generations less returns. This will also include your own personal sales 1st Generation Active Representatives

11 What can affect your Appointment bonus?
If you appoint 6 Representatives this month, but 1 Application submitted has a query (account is not registered on time) 1 Application is a re-instatement (been with AVON before) 1 Representative pays late (after the month’s cut-off date) Your Appointment Bonus this month will be = R150.00 Read over slide and explain what can effect you loosing out on the appointment bonus

12 FAST START BONUS Total = R9 000

This is only available to you, as a new Sales Leader, in your first 12 months (LLOA 1 – LLOA 12) You will receive this bonus based on the number of active people in your team as well as sales Total = R9 000 This criteria is based on the month you have started LLOA1 will be the fist month that your bonus starts Eg. If you start in March as an sales leader you will start counting from month 1 If you skip one month, you can still qualify for the following month. Net Sales: award sales less discount, less VAT, less returned products Net Closed Paid Sales: total paid invoices less VAT with no outstanding amounts Go over the % per Level Note it is only for 2 generations on the Coordinator Level
