4. UNDERSTANDING THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN
ENROLLER AND SPONSOR
Enroller = is the person who introduced the oils to the new IPC and is paid the Fast Start Bonuses
Sponsor = the person directly above the IPC; Unilevel is paid up through the sponsors

5. UNDERSTANDING THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN
PV, OV and CV
PV = Personal Volume, or the value of your personal purchases. It is a point system that helps the company manage foreign exchange rates and profit margins
OV = Overall Volume and represents the cumulative personal purchases of your entire team.
CV = Due to currency exchange rates, in Europe we are paid on CV (Commission Volume) which is the PV exchange rate.
i.e. 100 PV = *63 CV (based on exchange rate on 02/12/14)

6. 2nd Way - FAST START BONUS
Money Now - Paid Every Thursday (of the following week)
Paid to Enrollers NOT Sponsors during first 60 days of the new IPC
Need to have 100PV LRP order to qualify for bonus

7. 3rd Way - POWER OF 3 BONUS
You find 3 other people who want to purchase products wholesale through doTERRA’s Autoship Loyalty Rewards Program with minimum 100 PV
You earn $50 (£32*) as long as this structure is in place and you and your team have 600 PV
Help your three find their three and you earn
$250 (£159*) as long as this structure is in place
When you’ve completed three levels of three you earn $1,500 (£958*) per month
* UK equivalent is based on exchange rate as of 02/12/14 of US$1.56 per UK£

8. 4th Way - UNILEVEL COMMISION
* Once IPCs qualify for a title, they retain the title but must re-qualify every month to continue to earn at that level.
