True Colours Personality Traits What Does it Mean?

What is True Colours? True Colours Personality Traits is a tool to help determine your personality type There are numerous tools developed for this purpose, True Colours is just one of them This tool helps us identify our: Communication style Leadership style Interpersonal style Conflict Resolution style

Why is it important? All people are different in fundamental ways although they all have the same multitude of instincts driving them from within If we can understand how we function in situations, we can better relate to others and how they function in the same situation This can improve our own work and social lives, as we will understand how we will react in certain situations

Can I have more than 1? Both in relationships and in coping with our environment, we tend to use our most natural and preferred styles. It is important for us to recognize that we do possess some capacity to function in all four styles The most effective leaders manage to use all 4 styles in their leadership!
