5 Sheldon’s Personality Types (1950’s)Based on the shape of your body 1. fat, soft & round= sociable, enjoy the easy life 2. muscular=assertive, bold, energetic 3. skinny/bony=self-conscious, shy, sensitive, nervous Most people are a combination of the three!

6 Kagan’s Research (1969) Newborn babies separated into three major categories: 1. “Easy” children- relaxed/agreeable 2. “Difficult” children-moody/intense 3. “Slow to warm-up”-shy/restrained
