Write down or illustrate positive qualities you bring to your workplace based on your personality
After the groups are done presenting what positive qualities they bring to the workplace, have them stand up and rank themselves in order.
Give groups ribbon corresponding to their color and bring each to the middle symbolizing how we all work together and are important.
