Uncomfortable with their and other people's feelings Analytical Driver Amiable Expressive Task Oriented Driver Good at taking charge and at making quick decisions. Not afraid to take risks to achieve their goals. In a hurry when under pressure so makes mistakes. Ignores their and other peoples' feelings to get things done. Competitiveness can turn them into workaholics   Ask Amiable  Good listeners, sensitive to the feelings of others. Good team players and will support and protect those who need it. Avoids confrontation so will often give in to their own cost. Dislikes saying no so will often agree with mutually exclusive opinions rather than upset either party by saying no.   Expressive  Good motivators, generating commitment through their own excitement. Fast paced in work, they achieve their goals by building relationships When upset, they will lash out verbally.
