These consumers are part of the May survey of more than 1,000 consumers who describe themselves as “Just Looking for Fun.” There’s a huge body of research available 24/7 on HAR.com regarding this and other important real estate issues. A surge in new home construction would therefore be welcome. Existing home sale are at all-time highs in some areas, however, home builders have not been able to keep up with demand for new inventory replenishment. It will be interesting to see if this improves in light of last month’s large increase in national manufacturing production. In the Houston region, for the week ending May 14: • New Listings increased 4.9% to 3,213 • Pending Sales increased 20.6% to 2,283 • Closed Sales decreased 0.5% to 1,605

Consisting of three courses, each is taught by experts in their respective fields. This module consists of Seller Services, Buyer Services, Technology and Environment & Green Building.
