The Body The body of the letter is the information you are writing in your letter. Rm 121 Hardin ISD Hardin, Texas 77561 December 17, 2013 Dear Miss Carr, What are you doing over the holidays? My husband and I will be celebrating with our family in Sugar Land and in Deweyville. I hope that you will have a wonderful Christmas break! Merry Christmas! Body

The Closing The Closing:  In the closing the first word is capitalized and you put a comma after the last word.   Some examples of closings are: Sincerely, Your friend, Love, Very truly yours, Rm 121 Hardin ISD Hardin, Texas 77561 December 17, 2013 Dear Miss Carr, What are you doing over the holidays? It made me proud to know that you continued to try, even when the other students were mean to you. I am glad that you decided to trust Mr. Falker and realize that you were smart after all!
