The heading is located in the upper right side of your paper.
It also appears in the corner.

The greeting is the word or phrase that begins the friendly letter.
It has a comma after the word or phrase.
It appears on the left side of your paper, and beneath the heading.

This is where you write the content of your letter.
You will skip a line beneath the heading before starting the body of your letter.
Make sure you indent when starting new paragraphs.
