Customer Profiles Create a New Customer Profile Look Up and Edit Existing Customer Profile

THE AVFUEL HUB To begin, select “Customer Account” from the “Lookup” menu in the top navigation bar or the “Quick Links” menu on the right. There are the options to “View/Search” or “Create” from the “Customer Profiles” menu in the top navigation bar. Alternatively you can select the “Customer Profiles” button from the main menu button options.

Create New Customer Profile Select “Create” to create a new Customer Profile.

Enter Customer Data Enter the Customer/Company Name (required) and any additional data you would like to include in the profile. Be sure to use a name that is recognized by all staff members. If the customer will receive different pricing/discounts, please see Personalized Pricing Record instructional guide.

Attach Document To attach a document to the customer profile (such as a VAT form), select “Document Management”.

Attach Document The document must be previously saved to the computer. To upload it, select the file by clicking “Choose File” and click “Attach”.

Complete Customer Profile Once all customer data entry is completed, select “Continue” to enter payment card information. If no payment card information is needed, select “Save & Close” to complete the customer profile.

Enter Card Information If payment card information is available, enter the required card information to be saved to the customer profile.

Enter Card Information Once the information is entered, select “Add To Profile”.

Add Aircraft Insert information. Only required information is in red. Personalized pricing can be different for each tail number if desired. To create a personalized pricing record, please go to Personalized Pricing Record guide. Once the information is entered, select “Add To Profile”.

Complete Customer Profile The Account customer profile is now created. From this screen it can be edited, updated or deleted. For instructions on this process, please continue in this section of the manual.

Look Up and Edit Existing Customer Profiles

THE AVFUEL HUB To begin, select “Customer Profiles” from the top navigation bar or the main menu button options.

Create New Customer Profile Select “View All” to see all profiles.

View All Customer Profiles Select the desired customer profile from the search results by clicking “Select”.

Find a Current Customer Profile To look up an existing profile, select the “Customer Lookup” button.

Enter Search Criteria Type the tail number, aircraft type, payment card number, customer name or city of the customer to begin the search. When the search criteria is entered, select “Search”.

Search Results Select the desired customer profile from the search results by clicking “Select”.

Customer Profile Data The general data stored in the profile is listed here.

View or Add a Document Any documents that have been attached can be viewed here. To open the document, select the PDF icon. To attach a new document, Click “Attach Document”.

Edit Customer Profile Data To update the profile, select “Edit”. To delete the profile completely, click the “Delete”.

Edit or Delete Customer Profile Data Edits can be made to any of the data in the customer profile. Customer/Company Name is still required.

Edit Customer Profile Data Once the customer profile data has been updated, select “Continue” to view or edit the payment card data. If finished, select “Save & Close”.

View or Edit Card Info To view or edit the payment card information, select “Card Info”.

Card Info Screen Payment card information is shown here.

Edit or Delete Card Info To Edit the payment card information, select “Edit”. To delete the card completely, click “Delete”.

Edit Card Information Update the payment card information with the correct data. Other information can be can be added in the box under “Notes”. The card number cannot be edited.

Edit Card Information To save the updated card information, select “Save”. To disregard the new card information, select “Cancel”.

Add Anther Payment Card To add additional payment cards to the customer profile, select “Add Another”.

Add Another Payment Card Enter the necessary card information. Once the card details are entered, select “Add To Profile”.

Return to Customer Profile Once all cards have been added, return to the general information screen for this customer by selecting “Account”. All information will be saved. To return to the main Customer Profiles screen, select “Save & Close”.

Edit or Delete Aircraft To view or edit the aircraft information, select “Aircraft”.

Edit Aircraft Click on the “Edit” button to edit aircraft info, or click “Delete” to delete the aircraft.

Edit Aircraft Edit the information as needed, then click Save to save changes.

Return to Top Navigation Bar Use the top navigation bar to return to other sections of the Avfuel Hub.
