GENERAL Personal - Allows updates or additions Name or Nickname Accreditations Preferences - Allows updates or additions Address Addition of Alternate Address Please check mark box for preferred address Password – Allows password changes Enter chosen password into New password field Re-enter chosen password into Confirm password”

CERTIFICATIONS View – Drop down menu for all or specific years found on top right hand corner of screen Can view credit requests processed within a given year Can view all credit requests processed within current certification period # of points submitted and approved listed below drop down menu in light gray

Create – Credit Requests Click on CREATE

Select Credit type on Create Certification Credit Screen Click on CREATE at bottom of screen

Select a pre-approved credit Luncheons, Seminar, Webinars & Conferences held by local and national oil and gas associations can often be found under pre-approved events Once this option is chosen a drop down menu will appear that members can scroll through to search for an event Once event is selected click on CREATE Special Note: If you attended a pre-approved event but do not plan to claim full credit due to leaving early or any other reason, please create a new event and do not use the existing pre-approved event, as the amount of credits cannot be modified on these events!

Select a new credit Complete all fields on this screen Click on BROWSE in the green bar area of the screen to upload event agendas or other event related documents for review by the chapter liaison if needed Find and select the file for uploading and click on OPEN The CREATE INFO screen will then return Click on CREATE at the bottom of the screen to create your credit request

Special Note: Submitting a credit request is now a single step process. Also you cannot edit the event information originally input into a credit request once it has been submitted. SEE – Delete - Credit Requests. Edit – Credit Requests Editing a credit request is only used to upload documents as back up for a previously submitted credit request, which may be asked of you by the approving liaison after their initial review of the credit request Click on EDIT

Edit – Credit Requests Cont. Click on DOCUMENTATION tab Click on BROWSE Select file for uploading and click on OPEN Click on UPLOAD DOC to complete the file upload. File name should now appear in blue just above UPLOAD DOC Click on X in the top right hand corner of the screen to return leave the EDIT screen and return to the CERTIFICATIONS screen for your account

Delete – Credit Requests Should you need to change or correct any credit request still in the submitted status, please use the DELETE function and then re-enter your request. Highlight the event you wish to delete Once highlighted click on DELETE Please note, once deleted it is not possible for the member or the liaison to retrieve this event request, so it will require re-entry if deleted on accident.
