What is Leadership? Leadership is directing the activities, operations, or performance of a group. High Octane Leadership is the act of inspiring others towards a shared vision, empowering others to achieve their goals, and motivating people to get to work!

What are Leadership Values? What do you value in your leaders? What do you value in your followers? Values build the foundation for all actions and therefore, the foundation for all leadership. High Octane Leadership Values Energy Positivity Communication

LEADERSHIP BRAND

What is a Leadership Brand? A leadership brand conveys your identity and distinctiveness as a leader. It communicates the value you offer. If you have the wrong leadership brand for the position you have, or the position you want, then your work is not having the impact it could. A strong personal leadership brand allows all that’s powerful and effective about your leadership to become known to your colleagues, enabling you to generate maximum value.

Building a Leadership Brand What results do you want to achieve in the next year? What do you wish to be known for? What are your leadership values? What will your followers achieve? What will be their outcomes?

Leadership Brand Statement Put it on your Resume Put it on your Desk Share it with your Employees and Boss Seek Input on your Brand Statement Adjust as Needed

Why Leadership is important? Leadership is less about your needs, and more about the needs of the people and the organization you are leading.  Leaders and followers have shared purposes, a common vision that brings them together. Leadership is about change, doing things in new and different ways, making difference. Leadership is purposeful and intentional. Taking a team from ordinary to extraordinary means understanding and embracing the difference between management and leadership.
