Parts of the Science Fair report

You will submit a report This will be up to ten pages long. Title page Table of contents And all the sections that will be on your science fair board.

Science Fair 1. Title For a science fair, you probably want a catchy, clever title.

2. Abstract

3. Background research Sometimes this section is called ‘introduction ou purpose'. introduces the topic of the project notes any information already available explains why you are interested in the project and states the purpose of the project. State your references in the bibliography section

4. Question Explicitly state your question.  5. Hypothesis Explicitly state your hypothesis

Procedure Describe the procedure (step by step) that you used to perform the project so that someone could recreate your experiment. On your board… if have a photo or diagram of your project, this is a good place to include it.

8. Results Data table, graph and results summary Here place your data table, graph and results summary.

9. Conclusion 10. Bibliography Cite at least one source of information using MLA format.

The report will be in 12 point font and submitted no later than Tuesday May 17th. A sample is available on the website. Science Fair Display board Complete by Monday May 16th Contains these 10 sections Large font to be readable. Colourful, pictures, attract attention, brining materials/demos
