Elevator Pitch A short summary used to quickly and simply define your unique self and your value proposition to a prospective employer

Why a Value Proposition? The value proposition convinces a potential hiring manager that one particular candidate will add more value or better solve a problem than other similar candidates.

How to Create a Value Proposition A value proposition is a clear statement that: Explains how you solve prospective employers’ problems or improve their situation (relevancy) How you deliver specific benefits (quantified value) Tells the hiring manager why they should hire you and not someone else (unique differentiation).
