4. The Solution How are you solving the problem?
Identify the solution to the specific pain point (problem) you identified in the previous slide.

5. Flow Chart
Draw a simple flowchart showing how your product/business will work
Your flowchart should explain “How to implement your idea”

6. Market Opportunity
What is the structure and characteristics of your industry / market?
What is the size: rupees, units?
What is the growth potential?
What is the customer segment?

7. Value Proposition
Why should customers choose you? What is your unique selling proposition or value proposition? What benefit do you give to your customer?

8. Revenue Model How do you plan to make money?
If you are working on social impact idea how do you make it sustainable?

9. Competition Is any company in the market with same product/service?
Is there any similar model in the market?
If so, can you identify any specific names?

10. Technology / Process What is proprietary?
Is the technology protected (patented)?
What is the state of art in this technology?
What will future technology changes be?

11. Team Who are they? What have they done before?
Are there any gaps in the team?
