Consequences or Resolutions 8/29/2015 Dear Parents, I am Miss Hasto, your child’s 6th grade science teacher. I am happy to welcome you to the 2016-17 school year! I am looking forward to a productive partnership with you to ensure that your child achieves their highest potential in science. For more information about me visit my website on the schools webpage. More detailed information about your child’s science class will be shared with you on September 7th, 2016 during curriculum night. Please read the following pages then sign them and have your child return all three signatures to me by Wednesday, August 31st, 2016. If you have any questions or concerns the best way to reach my is by email at ahasto@antioch34.com or you may leave me a message at 847-838-8429. The student and I will discuss the problem behavior and how best to correct it. 2nd offense = parent/guardian contact home and/or other interventions as needed 3rd offense = an office detention referral where you will talk to an administrator about the problem/consequences.
