On completion of the LTPD observation form, email back to Balvinder.Shekhon@humancodefc.co.uk along with game links and footage. Balvinder will review LTPD observation form along with game footage.

3) Target Setting (SMART) Working the LTPD 5 Corners Methodology 3) Target Setting (SMART) Working the LTPD 5 Corners Skype call with player and parent(s) to review completed LTPD observation form and capture general thoughts and feelings about the exercise. Set initial targets to be worked on during games and practice, player to keep a reflective journal which should be completed after each practical session or competitive game. Practice and game footage to be forwarded to Balvinder every 2 weeks for review and progress check.
