5 Core Skills - Workshop 2 Identify links between short-term humanitarian response and overall risk reduction measures Apply Sphere and the humanitarian principles to stages of a humanitarian response, and work through challenges Use a mapping tool to identify and involve critical actors in humanitarian response Identify the skills and behaviours they demonstrate as team members and its impact on others Develop their ability to prioritise, communicate effectively, be accountable and to complete tasks under pressure
