Welcome to Caterlink! Our menus are refreshed every term to ensure we reflect the changing seasons and keep things interesting throughout the year. 95% of all our food is freshly prepared from scratch on site by our team, so if you have a fantastic recipe you would like us to consider, come and talk to us any time you visit the facilities. We are also proud to say that all of our meals are nutritionally compliant to the Government Standards for Food Served in Schools, giving your child the nutrition they need to reach their potential. Look out for our Discovery and Destination Days each month. Our discovery and destination days are a brilliant opportunity for our catering team to showcase their craft skills with special menus to enjoy. Caterlink are delighted to be working in partnership with your School from September this year and would like to tell you about us and our catering services. We love food and hope you will love what we provide for your child. We embrace natural ingredients, love seasonal produce, and develop ethical trading with many of our suppliers. Our meat, fruit & vegetables and bakery is all sourced from suppliers as near to the school as we can. Our menu meets the SILVER Food for Life standards, which means we use environmentally friendly produce in our menus, including organic milk and free range eggs. Get in touch Please feel free to contact our friendly team. Our catering manager will be happy to talk with you and answer any questions you may have. You can find out more about us on our website www.caterlinkltd.co.uk Dietary Needs Caterlink have extensive experience in catering for pupils that have specific dietary needs, ranging from gluten free diets, lactose / dairy intolerance and even textured diets for those with special requirements. Caterlink are a nut-free caterer and none of our products will contain any trace of nuts. We will ask any relevant parents/carers to complete an allergy form where you can outline what special dietary needs your child may have. Once the form has been completed, parents/carers of children with any special diets/allergies will be contacted by the Caterlink Operations Manager. This allows the Operations Manager to gain a full understanding of the intolerance or diet required and put measures in place to allow us to cater for the child safely. We understand dietary requirements can change, therefore we ask parents/carers to complete a form annually at the start of each new academic year to keep us up to date.
