Study Halls Students will be able to schedule one period of study hall per semester Study hall is NOT required but STRONGLY encouraged for 9th grade year Be aware that the transition to high school is sometimes a tough one. With the added work load & extracurriculars, study hall could help.

PE, Health, & Financial Literacy PE Waiver- Students may be excused from the PE requirement by participating in: 2 years of ROTC or 2 full seasons of sports or 2 years of marching band CANNOT COMBINE THE 3 CATEGORIES ABOVE If you choose the PE Waiver, you will take Health and Financial Literacy your 9th grade year

Athletics To be eligible for fall sports: Must be passing 5 classes at the end of the 4th quarter of your 8th grade year The Ohio High School Athletic Association guidelines are strictly followed
