3 DIRECTIONS: Counselors will meet with students during their English class to complete their schedule online during the week of February 22 – 26. COMPLETE THIS FORM PRIOR TO THIS MEETING! Students should bring this completed form with them on that day. Students should see their current teacher for the highlighted areas to determine level/course recommendations. Any of the courses with an * on the “Course Electives” listing on the back of this worksheet need teacher approval. Some courses require a pre-requisite course, please refer to the Course Description Catalog online for this information. Students cannot have more than one Study Hall during a school day; therefore the maximum number of “Study Hall” semesters that can be chosen is 2.

Religion = 4 credits (9,10,11,12) English = 4 credits (9,10,11,12) Math = 3 credits (9,10,11,12) Science = 3 credits 1 must be Biology (9,10,11,12) World Cultures = 1 credit (10) American History = 1 credit (11) American Government/Economics = 1 credit (12) Physical Education = ½ credit OR Athletic/Marching Band Waiver (9,10,11,12) Health = ½ credit (9,10,11,12) Computer Elective = ½ credit (9,10,11,12) Fine Arts = 1 credit (9)

10 5. FY – BIOLOGY or FY – FOREIGN LANGUAGE
CP2 CP1 ACP H Teacher Approval Here Students currently in Physical Science will be recommended for Biology (Biology is a graduation requirement) Students currently in Physical Science and a Foreign Language are recommended to take the second year of their Foreign Language in their sophomore year. If Biology can also fit into your sophomore schedule go ahead and schedule Biology . Otherwise, Biology will need to be scheduled during the junior year

11 5. FY – BIOLOGY or FY – FOREIGN LANGUAGE
CP2 CP1 ACP H Teacher Approval Here Students currently in a Foreign Language are recommended to take a 2nd year of the same Foreign Language (Four year colleges and universities REQUIRE 2 years of the same foreign language)

FY – BIOLOGY or FY – FOREIGN LANGUAGE G CP2 CP1 ACP H Teacher Approval Here Students NOT currently in a Foreign Language but wishing to take one or those students wishing to start a new Foreign Language need to: A. Get the approval of the respective foreign language teacher B. Along with showing them a copy of your most recent report card.

13 1 credit of a Fine Art is required in order to graduate.
6. FY – FINE ARTS or SEM – REQUIRED COURSES (Health & Computer Elective) G CP2 CP1 ACP H AP Teacher Approval Here If you want to continue with the second year of Fine Art or enroll in a new Fine Arts class, teacher approval is required. 1 credit of a Fine Art is required in order to graduate.

14 SEM – PHYSICAL EDUCATION
and/or SEM/FY – ELECTIVE(S) G CP2 CP1 ACP H AP Teacher Approval Here Students NOT using an “Athletic/Marching Band Waiver”, need to take a semester of Physical Education in the Sophomore year. Students using the “Waiver”, can now fill the void with another “Elective Class”

15 The Complete Schedule A completed schedule is one that has a full 7 class period day. Keep in mind required electives such as Health and Computer Science when filling out your schedule Students can only take 1 full credit worth of Study Hall per year Students are encouraged to take the most challenging schedule possible at the levels recommended to you by your current teachers!
