Developmental Education Redesign Multiple Measures Career and College Ready Graduates (CCRG) Co-Requisites

Career Coaches Second round of awards for college funding of Career Coach Program will be approved by State Board on July 20th Working on a professional development training calendar for Career Coaches and Career Counselors. Working collaboratively with high school counterparts. Training calendar will be worked on this summer. First training session projected for September. Collaboration between NCCCS, DPI, and Department of Commerce. Tentative RFP going out in fall for 2018-19 funding for Career Coaches

Minority Male Thanks for submitting your end of year evaluation. All evaluations will be made public and a summary of information will be provided. Funding for 2017-18 should be approved by the State Board during its July Meeting. Colleges will receive the same allocation as 2016-17. Currently developing a schedule of regional meetings and conference calls for the upcoming year.

CC Western – Caldwell CC Central – Randolph CC Fall Conference – Friday, October 20 – Sunday, October 22 2017, at Benton Convention Center, Winston-Salem, NC Spring Conference – Friday, April 6 – Sunday, April 8, 2018, at Sheraton Imperial Hotel, Durham, NC N4CSGA meets monthly at Randolph CC

CCP About to update the operating procedures Including eligibility and signature clarifications (Either academic officer or chief student development administrator signatures required. Allows for more flexibility and consistency) New legislation updates (will be placed on website early next week) CCP operating procedures update – State Board Item (Under Program Committee). Should be up for approval in August. Opens up Continuing Ed for CCP Aligns with CTE pathways Next CCP meeting held on July 24th at Performance Partnership Summit Need to register for this meeting. New reporting requirements, etc. Contact Lisa with any questions. CCP State Board Code is coming soon. If you are not coding your students correctly and have appropriate documentation, you need to so…especially for auditing purposes. You may need to conduct your own internal audits to make sure everything is legitimate.
