GRANT PURPOSE

4  Eligibility is limited to STEM Hubs that are currently receiving a Backbone Grant from the ODE.  Applicants must have an approved Partnership Plan on file at ODE.  Partnership Plans are expected to be “living documents” in that ODE understands and expects things will change and improve within the plan itself. However……  For initial approval of your Partnership Plan we would like you to review the rubric in Appendix E of this RFP. ELIGIBILITY

5  1) Needs Development – if your plan receives this rating for any section it will be returned to you for improvement before officially being accepted as approved.  2) In Development – if your plan receives this rating for any section it will be considered acceptable at this time, yet it will be expected this area will change and ultimately improve over time and should therefore be re-examined often for areas of improvement.  3) In Place – if your plan receives this rating for any section it will be considered acceptable at this time, yet may need some level of improvement over time and should still be examined periodically for areas of improvement.
