September 14: Parent Night – Info Meeting at 5:30, Kindergarten Presentation at 6:00 September 27: No School, Staff Development September 29: Spirit Day, Wear School Colors Reading: We will be writing our names and recognizing the letters in our name. We will also learn letters A, N. , and S. We will learn star words to help us read simple stories. Math: We will learn how to count up to 10, pointing to objects that we count. Writing: We will be practicing orally telling our stories and drawing pictures to match. Science/Social Studies: We will be learning and talking about apples, as this will lead us towards the season of Fall! Reminders Please remember to send in a healthy snack with your child. No utensils or drinks, please. For students who cannot bring snacks in, we always have an extra supply. Sending in a snack separate from lunch is highly encouraged. Please dress your child according to the changing weather. As it gets chillier outside, jackets will be needed. Please send your child into school with sneakers on P.E. days.
