Introduction Highveld Industrial Park The Highveld Industrial Park is situated in Witbank, Mpumalanga, and is only a 1.5 hour drive from Johannesburg. The facility is located adjacent to Old Pretoria Road and the N4 highway, ideal for providing easy access. The Highveld Industrial Park is the new premier warehousing and office location and is the largest industrial park in Witbank. Highveld offers a range of workshops and warehouses for rent, to be utilised for various and diverse purposes such as storage, maintenance and repairs or heavy machinery operations. The site has large capacity as well as a number of weighbridges available, facilitating efficient logistics in support of the warehouse function. There are furnished head offices and flexi-office space available for rent, which can also be utilised for administrative functions or training. Services* Ancillary services offered include potable water, electricity, internet, a canteen, refuse disposal, ample parking, change rooms, a clinic as well as A-grade security. Facility Description – Workshop No. 3 Building construction: Steel, IBR sheeting, concrete floor. Size: : Two 60m long x 20m wide and 6m high bays. Square metres : 1200m2 each for total of 2400m2. Utility Buildings : Four offices, mess room, change room, equipment store and toilets. Cranes : Ten ton overhead in machine shop and twenty ton in fitting shop each with 5m underneath spanning entire building width. Equipment : Two off boring mills. One off horizontal mill. Four off milling machines. One off radial arm drill.

Facility Description – Workshop No. 3 Continued Equipment : Two off slotters. Two off cold saws. One off surface grinder. Fifteen lathes from 1m to 6m bed length. One off horizontal mill. Four off milling machines. One off radial arm drill. One off 600ton press. Various other small shop equipment pieces. Power supply : 220V, 380V and 525V.
