3. Introduction Highveld Industrial Park
The Highveld Industrial Park is situated in Witbank, Mpumalanga, and is only a 1.5 hour drive from Johannesburg. The facility is located adjacent to Old Pretoria Road and the N4 highway, ideal for providing easy access.
The Highveld Industrial Park is the new premier warehousing and office location and is the largest industrial park in Witbank.
Highveld offers a range of workshops and warehouses for rent, to be utilised for various and diverse purposes such as storage, maintenance and repairs or heavy machinery operations. The site has large capacity as well as a number of weighbridges available, facilitating efficient logistics in support of the warehouse function.
There are furnished head offices and flexi-office space available for rent, which can also be utilised for administrative functions or training.

Ancillary services offered include potable water, electricity, internet, a canteen, refuse disposal, ample parking, change rooms, a clinic as well as A-grade security.
The Highveld Industrial Park complex is conveniently situated within the South African railway network, providing tenants with rail network access.

4. Facility Description – Workshop No. 4
Building construction: Steel, IBR sheeting, concrete floor.
Size: : One 100m long x 25m wide and 10m high bay.
Square metres : 2500m2.
Utility Buildings : Two offices, mess room, change room, equipment store and toilets.
Cranes : Sixty ton main and ten ton auxiliary overhead crane spanning entire building with eight metre underneath crane.
Equipment : Vertical roller for 30mm plate, two radial arm drills, plate guillotine, two off 4 ton portal cranes, three off 1 ton jib cranes, one off ton overhead crane in lean to.
Power Supply : 220V, 380V and 525V.
