3 Introduction Highveld Industrial Park
The Highveld Industrial Park is situated in Witbank, Mpumalanga, and is only a 1.5 hour drive from Johannesburg. The facility is located adjacent to Old Pretoria Road and the N4 highway, ideal for providing easy access. The Highveld Industrial Park is the new premier warehousing and office location and is the largest industrial park in Witbank. Highveld offers a range of workshops and warehouses for rent, to be utilised for various and diverse purposes such as storage, maintenance and repairs or heavy machinery operations. The site has large capacity as well as a number of weighbridges available, facilitating efficient logistics in support of the warehouse function. There are furnished head offices and flexi-office space available for rent, which can also be utilised for administrative functions or training. Services* Ancillary services offered include potable water, electricity, internet, a canteen, refuse disposal, ample parking, change rooms, a clinic as well as A-grade security. The Highveld Industrial Park complex is conveniently situated within the South African railway network, providing tenants with rail network access. *Charge not included in standard monthly rental

4 Facility Description – Office Block ‘’C’’
A single storey brick building situated inside a high security fenced enclosed complex. It has fully furnished, air conditioned, tiled offices each provided with Network points and telephone jacks. There is a large open plan office on the west end which could possibly be utilised as a seminar centre and /or conference room. A “high” garage at the east end can house a medium sized bus. The building is not fenced in but is contained within the boundary fence of the property. The facility shares a common toilet in adjacent building.
