3. Introduction Highveld Industrial Park
The Highveld Industrial Park is situated in Witbank, Mpumalanga, and is only a 1.5 hour drive from Johannesburg. The facility is located adjacent to Old Pretoria Road and the N4 highway, ideal for providing easy access.
The Highveld Industrial Park is the new premier warehousing and office location and is the largest industrial park in Witbank.
Highveld offers a range of workshops and warehouses for rent, to be utilised for various and diverse purposes such as storage, maintenance and repairs or heavy machinery operations. The site has large capacity as well as a number of weighbridges available, facilitating efficient logistics in support of the warehouse function.
There are furnished head offices and flexi-office space available for rent, which can also be utilised for administrative functions or training.

Ancillary services offered include potable water, electricity, internet, a canteen, refuse disposal, ample parking, change rooms, a clinic as well as A-grade security.
The Highveld Industrial Park complex is conveniently situated within the South African railway network, providing tenants with rail network access.

4. Facility description – Workshop No. 16
This facility comprises of two steel structured fully cladded buildings and a concrete and brick office block.
Building No. 1 - Workshop, office and two mess rooms having an area of 180 m2 equipped with pedestal drill and grinder.
Building No. 2 – Workshop having an area of 70 m2 and is equipped with a 5 ton crawl beam (lifting height – 4m).
Building No. 3 - Four offices and a kitchen/shower area having a total area of 84 m2. This office block is adjacent to the workshops.
