4 stories – 1400 square meters per floor
2 story entry with escalator and elevator
Restrooms, janitor closet, electrical rooms, mechanical rooms and shafts for utilities distribution on each floor
Open space for future tenants on 2nd and 3rd floors
Open Space and tenant fit out for owners offices on 1st floor
To include 5 offices, work room, conference room, open office area for 6 office work stations, file storage, kitchen area, dining room
