Welcome to DAU 6175 Guardian Gateway

Facility Information Building Hours: 0730-1700. DAWIA students only have access to the building during these times as long as an instructor is present. Students may not remain in the building after their instructors have left. Any student remaining in the building after the instructors have left must request approval. Note: Doors will open at 0730 hours and lock at 1530 hours (1300 hours on Friday). Students will not be able to reenter after that time without assistance.

Inclement Weather In the event of weather which could affect class start times or building closure, please call the APG Inclement Weather Line. 410-278-SNOW (7669) DAU follows APG closures and delays. Please be safe. If you are unable to travel to class, please call DAWIA training tech, Cory Hall at 410-272-9475 or Ben Metcalfe at 410-272-9471.

Student Break Room Coffee: 50 cents per 8oz Please use a lid A refrigerator, microwave and toaster are also available for student use. (Please do not walk away from your food while it is cooking.) Please label and date your food. All food left in the fridge will be thrown out at the end of each week. Please be courteous and clean up if you make a mess. 

Facility Policies Smoking is only permitted in the rear of building 6175 next to the brick wall. Per federal regulation, smoking is prohibited within 25 feet of doorways. Cigarette butts are to be placed in the provided receptacle and not in inside trash cans. Emergency Exits are to be used for the sole purpose of exiting the building in an emergency. Emergency exits are not to be used as a common access door. Parking: Designated student parking is in the front of the 6175 building. Students are not permitted to park in the rear of the building.

Misc.. Bathrooms: Walls: Emergencies: Lost and Found: Dual Flush System: Please see back wall in stalls. Due to our septic system being highly sensitive we ask that each person be mindful of the amount of toilet paper used to prevent clogging. Walls: Please do not tape directly on to the doors or walls. Please help us keep our walls clean by keeping your feet on the floor and not leaning against the walls. IT Policies DAU Policy prohibits the connection of any non-DAU equipment to the DAU network infrastructure. This prohibition applies to all equipment not directly owned or leased by DAU. Please do not use your CAC card until after you have logged into the network with the DAU logon information.
