2 Badge All participants have received their badge at the ECHA reception desk on arrival. The badge must be carried visibly in the ECHA premises. Visitor badge must be returned to the ECHA reception desk at the end of the day. All badges must be returned to the ECHA reception after the last day of the meeting INTERNAL 11/19/2018

3 Lunch – coffee breaks Lunch will be served in ECHA restaurant located on the first floor. During the breaks, coffee will be served in the lobby of the Conference Centre. Drinks or food, except water, are not allowed to be brought into the meeting rooms. Smoking area is located next to the ECHA restaurant on the 1st floor terrace. INTERNAL 11/19/2018

4 Luggage storage There is a special storage place for luggages at the ECHA reception area on the entrance floor In the luggage room and in the K3 corridor there are lockers for personal items For security reasons, any unattended luggage in the public areas of the Conference Centre may be removed or handed over to authorities INTERNAL 11/19/2018

5 Delegation rooms There are delegation rooms for your use on this floor. Wireless network available. The delegation rooms can be used for working from 8:00 to 20:00 o´clock. INTERNAL 11/19/2018

6 Technical equipment Microphone request is done by pressing the microphone button on the panel in front of every seat The light on the microphone will blink green The chairman will assign the microphones When active the light on the microphone is red INTERNAL 11/19/2018

7 Technical equipment For your laptop there is a possibility to connect to a wireless network (password: GuestW1F1). Two computers with Internet access are installed in the lobby (Internet ‘kiosks’) that can be shared between the meeting participants. Printing the documents (e.g. boarding pass) is possible. The thin client computers at each seat and Internet ‘kiosks’ are intended for accessing non-confidential information only since these are shared between the meeting participants. INTERNAL 11/19/2018

8 Technical equipment USB port for the memory stick on the screen.
Please note that the thin clients have only Microsoft Office Viewer and Acrobat Reader and therefore it is recommended that you use your own laptop if you want to work on your documents during the meeting. Remember to close your box and the browser at the end of the day. INTERNAL 11/19/2018

9 Emergency The emergency exits are indicated with the green signs.
In case of emergency follow the instructions of the security personnel or ECHA conference team. Do not use the lifts, please take the stairs and go outside. Assembly point in the park opposite the ECHA building main entrance. INTERNAL 11/19/2018
