Major Behavior by Student Referral to Office Debrief Alak Secondary School Office Managed (Major) Behavior Flow Map Major Behavior by Student Physical Altercation Profanity directed at individual Willfully leaving the classroom without permission Harassment/bullying of teacher or student Defiance that disrupts safety & learning of entire class Referral to Office Teacher completes Office Discipline Referral. Teacher calls to notify office. If no answer, send helper student to office with note. Student meets with principal in office for conference. Student completes Reflection Sheet. Student receives consequence and may/may not return to classroom. Debrief Principal, teacher, and student plan a time to meet (before next class session). Principal, teacher and student debrief. Teacher and student make a success plan for classroom. Student returns to class.

Minor Behavior by Student Behavior Log Referral to Office Alak Secondary School Classroom Managed Behavior Flow Map Minor Behavior by Student Student exhibits minor behavior. Teacher intervenes with a Tier 1 intervention (listed in Milepost Interventions menu). If behavior continues, teacher gives verbal warning that entry will be made in classroom log. Behavior Log Student continues minor misbehavior after Tier 1 Intervention and verbal warning. Teacher informs student that he/she will have behavior log entry documenting incident. After 3 entries in behavior log in one week, student receives lunch detention. Team conferences with student. After 2 or more time times receiving detention, student receives Office Referral (ODR) for chronic misbehavior. Referral to Office Office-managed (Major) Behavior Referral process begins.
