Bids Evaluation Evaluation of Bids -- Expected dates: Between end of July & 20 September 2016 Evaluation will be based on Best Value for Money criteria Technical merit will include experiences in the magnet technology domain, assessment of proposed manufacturing plan, credibility of schedule, and description of the process. We will require that bidders have available general tooling, working space and resources that are necessary for the design and manufacturing of magnets similar to the Q4. The award of a work order for phase 2 will be granted on a competitive basis, to maximum 3 companies, on the ground of the results achieved in phase 1 and of the offers received for phase 2.
