Homework Warm Regards, The 1st grade team Dear Parents After much research this summer, we are trying something new. Research has been unable to prove that homework improves student performance. Rather than assigning traditional homework, we ask that you spend your evenings doing things that are proven to correlate with student success. Eat dinner as a family, read together, play outside and get your child to bed early! Warm Regards, The 1st grade team PS…For you traditionalists, we will post optional homework suggestions on the web page.
