Select A Category/Sub-Category App2Talk Tutorial

When the user opens App2Talk the “Fast Talk” page will be the first screen the user will see. Touch the category bar to go to the “Categories” page. App2Talk Tutorial

Swipe left or right using a finger swipe or touch Previous Page and Next Page to scroll through all categories. App2Talk Tutorial

Touch a category. The user will hear the name of the category and the category will open to a sub-category page (if available) or the sticker page. A long press/touch will result in the user hearing the category name only. App2Talk Tutorial

Choose a sub-category (if available). Stickers will then be displayed for the chosen page. App2Talk Tutorial

To return to the “Categories” page, touch the category bar at the top middle of the screen. App2Talk Tutorial

Once the user opens a category/sub-category the stickers will be displayed. Scroll left or right using a finger swipe or the Next Page and Previous Page buttons to choose a sticker. App2Talk Tutorial

The selected sticker will be displayed in the message bar. To return to the “Categories” page, touch the category bar in the top middle of the screen. App2Talk Tutorial

The tile icon displays one sticker at a time The tile icon displays one sticker at a time. Selecting a new sticker replaces the existing one. The pencil icon displays multiple stickers. The user has the ability to start, stop, delete, and replay a message. App2Talk Tutorial

From the “Categories” page, select a category/subcategory From the “Categories” page, select a category/subcategory. Then touch the 3- lined icon in the top right hand corner. A menu will open on the right hand side. Select the number of stickers that will be displayed on each page. App2Talk Tutorial

Touch the 3 lined icon again to return to the sticker page. The sticker page will now reflect the number of stickers selected. App2Talk Tutorial

A menu will open on the right hand side. Touch Edit Categories. From the “Categories” page, select a category/subcategory. Then touch the 3- lined icon in the top right hand corner. A menu will open on the right hand side. Touch Edit Categories. App2Talk Tutorial

A list of all categories will be displayed with an on/off icon to the right. Swipe left or right to view all categories. App2Talk Tutorial

To turn the category back on, tap the on/off icon until the purple color re-appears. To turn off a category, tap the on/off icon until the purple color disappears. This category will no longer appear on the “Categories” page. App2Talk Tutorial

Scroll up and down to see all stickers. Once you get to the “Edit Categories” page, touch the name of the category/sub- category to be edited. Scroll up and down to see all stickers. App2Talk Tutorial

Scroll up and down to see all stickers. Once you get to the “Edit Categories” page, touch the name of the category/sub- category to be edited. Scroll up and down to see all stickers. App2Talk Tutorial

Touch Edit at the top right hand corner of the screen. Scroll to the bottom of the stickers until you see Add New with a camera icon. App2Talk Tutorial

Touch Add New. Touch camera icon to add an image. Camera will allow the user to take a customized picture. Image Library will pull pictures from the device. App2Talk Tutorial

Enter name under the image. Use recording feature to record a personalized voice. If a personalized voice is not recorded, the app will automatically use Siri. App2Talk Tutorial

Scroll up and down to see all stickers. Once you get to the “Edit Categories” page, touch the name of the category/sub- category to be edited. Scroll up and down to see all stickers. App2Talk Tutorial

Touch Edit at the top right hand corner of the screen. Scroll to the bottom of the stickers until you see Add Existing with a tile icon. App2Talk Tutorial

Touch Add Existing. Touch the empty circle in the top right hand corner of the sticker. The circle will turn green with a white plus sign when selected. App2Talk Tutorial

Touch Save then Back to return to the “Edit Categories” page. The added sticker will now appear on the category page. App2Talk Tutorial

Arrange Stickers In Edit Mode App2Talk Tutorial

Hold a sticker to drag and drop in a desired location. Touch the check mark in the top right hand corner to hide a sticker so that it does not appear on the category page. App2Talk Tutorial

* Stickers can not be deleted, only moved and/or hidden Touch the empty circle on the top right hand corner to re-check the sticker so that it re-appears on the category page. Scroll to the bottom of the stickers until you see Empty Sticker. Drag and drop an Empty Sticker in any desired location. App2Talk Tutorial

A menu will open on the right hand side. Touch user name/image. * A user profile can be added or edited at any time, but it cannot be deleted. From the “Categories” page, select a category/subcategory. Then touch the 3 lined icon in the top right hand corner. A menu will open on the right hand side. Touch user name/image. App2Talk Tutorial

Touch camera to add image, enter username below image, turn on/off animate sticker on selection, and choose level. A check mark will appear in the top left hand corner of the level selected. App2Talk Tutorial

Touch Save then Back to return to the “Select A User Page”. The selected user will be highlighted. Touch Back to return to the app. App2Talk Tutorial

A menu will open on the right hand side. Touch Export Usage Data. From the “Categories” page, select a category/subcategory. Then touch the 3 lined icon in the top right hand corner. A menu will open on the right hand side. Touch Export Usage Data. App2Talk Tutorial

Select the user’s data you would like to export. Enter an email address and touch send. App2Talk Tutorial
