Kentico Intranet Solution: Walkthrough

Kentico Intranet Solution: Positioning When should Kentico Intranet Solution be used: Quickly deploy simple intranet: I want to quickly deploy an intranet so that we can publish information to employees. I don’t want to implement any complex and expensive solution, I just want to install the system and let the employees start using it. I don’t really take this as a strategic initiative, so I don’t want to spend several months evaluating all options and hundreds of thousands dollars on licenses and customization, I just need something that will do the job right now. Build a highly customized intranet portal: I want to create a portal for our employees. It will not only publish content, but also integrate our internal systems and custom applications. I won’t use most of the SharePoint features since we have very specific needs, but we need a flexible portal framework to implement our specific functionality using .NET.
