As Producer you’ll have the relationships and professionalism to: Book high profile guests that our audience wants to hear from Influence content to ensure flawless on-air execution Work closely with Rowey & Bicks, as well as the Sports Director and Program Director to create engaging content Share the biggest sports stories with our audience in a way that only Rowey & Bicks can deliver Understand the importance of live and local radio Work productively alongside talent in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment Utilise social media and online platforms to engage with and grow Rowey & Bicks’ audience We’re looking for someone who: Has experience producing a fast-paced radio program an understands our audience Lives and breathes sport and has a finger on the pulse of all the latest in sports news Has an understanding of, appreciation for, and ability to support the commercial success of the show and station.
